for their non veg spread they charge 844. in detail. the charge for the food is 751. and they charge 30.04 as a service charge which they are not supposed to charge as per the govt and highcourt order. even though i surpass this.. i found a cheating over the bill. they calculated the service charge and the food bill and taxed. that they are not supposed to. i asked the person who serves me to call his manager. there was no manager. so he went to accounts and came back sir this is govt levied tax. i told him iam ready to pay the tax which govt levyed. but why should i pay along with the service charge ? he got confused and keep on telling me that the service charge can be removed. if u r not satisfied. i ve told them i do mind for putting service charge in the bill. but the concern is how come u arraive a taxable amout with serice charge?. he went back to acct and came with 40 rs. discount. i told him i dont want ur discount. i will pay the bill. only for the amount of food bill along with the tax. and ur service charge this time that too ur helping me to sort this out. i ve calculated the exact tax amout for the food 751 aand paid the amount the difference between the original bill and my calculation is merely 3.57. after that only they have realaized the fact they felt bad for charging. .but they cannot help or change the system unless we keep on asking.. other wise they will screw.. wihtout hesitation. so.. AbsoluteBarbecue.. dont "Fuck" the cusomers.. by charging tax which u wont even pay a penny towards govt.
Absolute Barbique அப்சல்யூட் பார்பிக்யூவில் சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு பில்லை வாங்கிய போது அதிர்ச்சியாய் இருந்தது. சாப்பாட்டுக்கான தொகை 751. கோர்ட் சர்வீஸ் சார்ஜ் என்று தனியே போடக்கூடாது என்று சொன்ன தொகை 30.4 பைசா. இரண்டையும் கூட்டி 781.04 பைசாவுக்கு வரி விதித்து மொத்த தொகை 844க்கு கொண்டு வந்திருந்தார்கள். பில் தொகை பற்றிய விவரங்களை கேட்ட போது. அங்கிருந்த வட இந்திய பணியாளர்களுக்கு விளக்க முடியவில்லை. நான் விடாமல் அவர்களுக்கு எனக்கு தெரிந்த ஹிந்தியிலும், ஆங்கிலத்திலுமாய் பேச ஆரம்பித்தேன். ரொம்பவும் போராடிய மாத்திரத்தில் உள்ளே போய் கலந்து பேசிய அவர்கள். சட்டென 40 ரூபாய் டிஸ்கவுண்ட் கொடுத்தார்கள். நான் அவர்களை மீண்டும் அழைத்து, தம்பி.. உன் சர்வீஸ் சார்ஜுக்காக தனியே சண்டை அப்புறம் போட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன். ஆனால் நான் சண்டை போடுவது. உன் உணவிற்கான தொகையோடு எப்படி உன் சர்வீஸ் சார்ஜையும் சேர்த்து வரி வசூலிப்பாய். அந்த சர்வீஸ் சார்ஜே சட்டட்தில் இல்லாத ஒர் விஷயம் என்று சொல்லி. 751 ரூபாய்க்கு என்ன என்ன வரிகள் இருக்கிறதோ அதற்கான வரியை கணக்கு செய்து, வந்த 3.37 ரூபாய் சில்லரையை கழித்துக் கொண்டு. அவர்களின் சர்வீஸ் சார்ஜையும் சேர்த்து கொடுத்துவிட்டு வந்தேன். அப்புறம் தான் புரிந்தது நான் எதற்காக சண்டையிட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறேன் என்று.? புரிந்த மாத்திரத்தில் அங்கிருந்த 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட இளைஞர்கள் என்னை சுற்றிக் கொண்டு விவரமாய் கேட்டறிந்தனர். நாற்பது ரூபாய் டிஸ்கவுண்ட் எனக்கு லாபம் தான். ஆனால் அங்கே மீண்டும் வரி கொள்ளை தொடரும். கேளுங்க.. கேளுங்க.. கேட்டுட்டே இருங்க..

OPTION 1:
1) When the customer feels the host is forcing to pay Service Charge
2) When the customer feels the host adopts any unfair method or deceptive practice in form of service charge
3) When the customer was dissatisfied with the dining experience and he/she wants it be absolutely waived off.
OPTION 2:
When the customer does not feel the above and that the resto did inform me the all inclusive price instead of “++” in their ads and menu.
P.S - ABs has already been following the practice of waiving Service Charge from the bill if the guests feel the service rendered doesn't do justice to the charge even before the advice from the Govt. Never worry when dining in ABs :)
